Every subscription comes with comprehensive roadside assistance for any maintenance breakdowns such as flat tires, breakdowns or lockouts. Situations arising out of negligent use or running the battery down to zero are not covered, but all other maintenance related issues are covered for you.
With your subscription, there's no registration, maintenance, financing or downpayment expenses. You're not locked into a lengthy contract or car loan payment and there's no penalty for ending the rental and returning the car when you're done.
Ending your subscription is easy and there's no penalty for doing so provided you make the request at least 1 week in advance for weekly subscriptions and 15 days in advance for Monthly and 6+ month options. If you're on the 6+ month plan and need to end your rental before the first 6 months, your pricing will revert to the monthly rate and any difference in cost will be withheld from your deposit.
Free delivery is only available for month-to-month subscriptions, for weekly, you'll need to come and grab the car from it's home base.
You can select the exact mileage you need for each month - if you want to adjust your monthly mileage, you can let us know before each monthly period starts to update your subscription
Of course! Provided we have availability, you can always choose to change into a different car based on your needs after each monthly or weekly period
Payments will be made each month or week, 3 days before the start of the next period
What you see is what you get, we include all taxes and fees in the price you see. Please be aware that you're still responsible for any on-trip supercharging or tolls you use, and these will be billed to you at the end of each period.
If you're unable to continue paying for your subscription, simply return the car back to us and we'll take any outstanding amounts, if any, from your deposit before returning the rest back to you. If you refuse to return the vehicle, you will be remotely locked out of the car and police and criminal charges may be involved. Don't get yourself in trouble, just return the car.
Absolutely, doing so is free (up to 2 additional drivers) - never let anyone else drive the car without adding them as a driver first.
