Every Tesla car subscription includes comprehensive roadside assistance as part of a Tesla subscription service for maintenance related issues such as flat tires, mechanical breakdowns, and lockouts. Situations caused by negligent use or fully draining the battery are not covered under the Tesla subscription cost, but all other maintenance related issues are included in your Tesla monthly subscription and electric car subscription for Tesla Model Y subscription, Tesla Model 3 subscription, and Tesla Model X subscription vehicles.
With your Tesla subscription, there are no registration, maintenance, financing, or down payment fees. You’re not locked into a long-term contract or car loan, and there’s no penalty if you end your Tesla car subscription early. This makes it easy to enjoy a Tesla monthly subscription or electric car subscription, whether you choose a Tesla Model Y, Tesla Model 3, or Tesla Model X subscription.
Ending your Tesla subscription is easy, with no penalty as long as you request it at least 1 week in advance for weekly subscriptions, or 15 days in advance for Tesla monthly subscription and 6+ month options. If you’re on a 6+ month Tesla car subscription and need to end your rental before the first 6 months, your pricing will revert to the monthly rate, and any difference in cost will be withheld from your deposit.
Free delivery is available only for month-to-month Tesla subscriptions. For weekly Tesla car subscriptions, you’ll need to pick up the vehicle from its home base. This applies to all Tesla subscription options, including Tesla monthly subscription, electric car subscription, and Tesla Model Y, Model 3, or Model X subscriptions.
You can select the exact mileage you need for each month with your Tesla subscription. If you want to adjust your monthly mileage, you can let us know before each period starts to update your subscription. This applies to all electric car subscriptions, including Tesla Model Y subscription, Tesla Model 3 subscription, and Tesla Model X subscription.
Of course! Provided we have availability, you can always switch to a different car based on your needs after each monthly or weekly Tesla subscription period. This flexibility applies to all Tesla car subscriptions and electric car subscriptions.
Payments for your Tesla subscription will be made each month or week, three days before the start of the next period.
What you see is what you get with your Tesla subscription, as all taxes and fees are included in the price shown. Please note that any on-trip supercharging or tolls are still your responsibility and will be billed at the end of each period.
If you’re unable to continue paying for your Tesla subscription, simply return the car and any outstanding balance will be deducted from your deposit before the remainder is returned to you. This applies to all Tesla car subscriptions.
If a vehicle is not returned, access to the car may be disabled remotely and law enforcement may be involved. To avoid issues, return the vehicle when ending your subscription.
Absolutely, adding up to two additional drivers to your Tesla subscription is free. Never let anyone else drive the car without adding them as a driver first.
